Creates a labeled health detail and attaches it to a topology node card.

Parameters

-Color String optional: Optional row accent color.
-IconId String optional: Optional reusable icon identifier.
-Label String requiredposition: 0: Detail label.
-Status TopologyHealthStatus optional: Optional semantic status.; Possible values: Healthy, Warning, Critical, Unknown, Disabled
-Value String requiredposition: 1: Detail value.
